The Process:

After we’ve discussed your order, we will email you a mockup of the signage for your approval. Timely approval within 1-3 days will result in faster turnaround times. Please proofread your event sign for any typos, misspelled names, event details, or information as we are not responsible for errors discovered after customer has approved the sign. Once we have received your approval, production will begin.

 

In total the process will take a maximum of 2 weeks to complete, followed by shipping via USPS Priority Mail to U.S.

 

Production and Delivery: Our current production time for event signs is 7-10 business days. Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail to U.S. residents. If you need your event sign sooner than our current production and shipping timelines, please send us an email at contact@lunocreativestudio.com to ensure we have availability to ship your order within your specified time.

 

Expediated Service: If you need your event sign, we offer rush service and shipping for an additional fee. Please ask us for pricing.

 

Having Issues with Your Order: If you have any issue with your order, we'll do everything we can to help. Our customer service staff is here to help you and will get back to you within 24-48 hours. Please send us an email at contact@lunocreativestudio.com so that we can resolve your issue as quickly and smoothly as possible. We are ready to resolve any issue should a problem arise.

 

Return Policy: All sales are final on custom event signs as the order was made specifically for the customer when the order was placed. Unfortunately, for this reason we do not accept returns.
